Return and Refund Policy

At Fravè, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to assist you under the following conditions:


1. Eligible Products for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we only accept returns of products that:

  • Are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Are returned in the same condition as received, including all components and labels.


2. Timeframe to Request a Return

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.


3. We do not accept returns of:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you received a damaged product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and include:

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will assess your case and offer an appropriate solution (replacement or full refund).


5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at info@fravecosmetics.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos of the product (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


6. Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 8 business days.


7. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.
If you wish to order a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
