At Fravè, we are committed to delivering your products safely and as quickly as possible. Below is all the relevant information regarding our shipping process:


1. Coverage

We ship to all of Europe, the USA, and Canada.
If your address is outside our delivery zones, we will notify you when processing your order.


2. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the recipient's location:

Shipping to Europe:

  • Standard: 4 to 10 business days

  • Express: 1 to 3 business days

Shipping to the USA and Canada:

  • Standard: 4 to 10 business days

  • Express: 1 to 3 business days

Delivery times begin once payment is confirmed.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight/volume of the order.


4. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday during business hours.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.


6. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information.
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient absence, or other issues beyond our control, re-shipping may be arranged at an additional cost.


7. Damage During Shipping

If your order arrives with visible damage or appears to have been opened, do not accept the package and report the issue immediately to our team at info@fravecosmetics.com.
We will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
